THE EFFECT OF PRODUCT QUALITY, BRAND IMAGE AND CONSUMER SATISFACTION ON CONSUMER LOYALTY XIAOMI SMARTPHONES IN LHOKSUKON CITY COMMUNITY

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality, brand image, consumer satisfaction on loyalty Xiaomi smartphone in Lhoksukon City Community, North Aceh District. The research method used is quantitative sampling technique Incidental Sampling, then data collection uses a questionnaire using Likert scale. results explain that Product Quality variable (X1) Partially has positive significant Consumer Loyalty (Y) with ho rejected Ha accepted, Brand Image (X2) partially Ho accepted , Satisfaction (X3 ) simultaneously (X1), (X2), (X3) have Community.
